Traffic lights, due to an emergency gas repair on the A7 North of Selkirk, forced a last minute change of course from Bridgehaugh to Maxton.
Hopefully everyone received notification in time.
A smaller field than in recent weeks enjoyed a fairly brisk tail-wind to the turn, before battling their way back to Maxton.
Another impressive time from Jake, especially after last weekends Scottish Road Race Championship, and to Russell on a seasons best.
