Kings Cup Gravel Festival last weekend – a slightly shorter and less technical course – some racers happy with that but I liked cruising around in the sand!

Bigger numbers this weekend which saw the Senior and Masters events split into 3 races.

A long way to drive – but 2 hrs of flat out gravel was great fun and well organised.

A dropped chain on L2 meant that I got dropped but worked back through some fast groups for P11.

Lots of Scottish racers there – will post up next year to see if there’s interest in taking a van-load of bikes down? (And maybe some CX on the way home?) No need to camp – hotels locally.
